How long does it take for my order to ship?

What is your return policy for water purifiers?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your AquaTru system, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
Filter life varies by usage and water quality. Generally, the Pre/Carbon filter and VOC filter last 6-12 months, while the Reverse Osmosis membrane lasts 12-24 months.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international regions, please check our authorized local distributors list.
