At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your AquaTru unit, filters, and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
